Shipping Policy

We ship to anywhere within the lower 48 United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). We ship through various carriers to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers.

We offer free shipping at $200. To ensure the speediest delivery, the brands we sell are shipped from either our main warehouse network or one or more of our reserve warehouses.
​
96% of our orders are delivered within 4-6 business days. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays, or most major holidays.
​
Special orders and customized products take a little longer due to the production process.
​
The majority of orders ship via UPS Ground, Fedex. During peak season(s), we also utilize other regional carriers.
​
If your order was undeliverable and returned to our warehouse, please refer to the returns section.
​
We only ship within the USA.

Return & Exchange Policy
In order to process your return, please follow these 4 steps:

Send us an email requesting the return.

Once we receive your email, we will email you a return authorization with a shipping label.

Print the return UPS shipping label and place it on the package.

Drop off the package at any UPS location. See ups.com or call 1-800-PICK-UPS for the location nearest you.

When making a return, please ensure the following:​

Your items have not been altered in any way. This includes printing, embroidering, washing or decorating. Altered items will not be accepeted.

Your return is postmarked within 15 days of the original order date. Returns postmarked after 15 days will not be accepted.

​We do not accept returns of customized products, once personalized they are not returnable.
Refunds:

Refunds will be issued once your package has been received and inspected by our staff.

As a courtesy, we do not charge a restocking fee.

Any shipping fees paid will not be refunded.

Most refunds are issued within 15 business days.
Exchanges and Claims:

We do not offer exchanges. You may return your unwanted items and place a new order.

Please inspect your order within 72 hours of receipt. If you received any defective or incorrect items, please notify us immediately.

If your order could not be delivered and is returned to our warehouse additional shipping charges will be applied.
